Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at craftlantern.store@gmail.com. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Note: Craft Lantern does not handle physical returns for standard orders. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at craftlantern.store@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (once approved) and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging) and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
